BUCATINI
Like a fat spaghetti with a hole through the middle.
CALAMARATA
Short, thick rings inspired by calamari
FETTUCCINE
Meaning "small ribbons", Fettuccine is long and flat.
PAPPARDELLE
Large, very broad and flat. Fortunately not sensitive.
PENNE
A classic, commonly found in your kitchen cupboard.
RIGATONI
The tube of the group.
RAVIOLI
Little parcels filled with joy.
SQUID INK SPAGHETTI
The black sheep.
SPAGHETTI
The tall skinny one that everyone knows.
TAGLIARINI
Similar to spaghetti, just not as round.
TAGLIOLINI
Similar to Tagliarini, but slimmer.
TAGLIATELLE
Similar to Fettuccine, but slightly thinner and wider.

SUGO
A traditional Italian Tomato Sauce.
PANGRATTATO
Crispy breadcrumbs cooked in garlic & oil
GUANCIALE
An Italian cured meat prepared from pork cheeks.
NDUJA
Spicy pork sausage from the region of Calabria.
EVOO
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
PECORINO
An Italian cheese made from sheep’s milk.
